Information storage

The only personal information which we may obtain through our website is the name, contact details and message of any user who completes the online contact form on our website.  All other personal information is subject to our separate Client Privacy Policy, and is not stored electronically.

Innermind Psychology does not keep personal data for longer than is necessary.  For as long as we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.  In the case of contact details obtained through our website, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and cannot guarantee absolute data security.
